Your Support Makes a Lasting Impact

Your gift empowers the next generation of American leaders to serve with integrity, vision, and purpose on the global stage.

ICAP is more than a program—it is a community, a catalyst, and a promise.
A promise that the United States will be stronger and more effective in global affairs when leadership is cultivated with excellence and foresight.

For more than three decades, the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP) has transformed promising mid-career professionals into leaders who shape U.S. engagement around the world. Through mentorship, career advising, and a lifelong network of support, ICAP equips Fellows to lead with excellence across government, nonprofits, academia, and the private sector.

As ICAP looks ahead, one truth remains clear: the demand for thoughtful, ethical, and capable leadership in global affairs has never been greater. ICAP will continue to meet that need—empowering leaders today to shape a better tomorrow.

Your contribution sustains this mission—funding fellowships, strengthening the ICAP community, and expanding opportunities for leaders committed to advancing America’s role in the world.
