A central feature of the ICAP schedule in Aspen and subsequent follow-up events involves career counseling, both individual advice and group workshops. As a result, the career counselors are among the most important participants in the program.

Counselors
Mira Morton Luna is the Associate Director of Employer and Career Development at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, and has over 20 years of professional experience and training.
Gihan Fernando currently serves as Executive Director of the Career Center at American University and has extensive experience in career services and in the legal and academic fields.
Patrice Ford Lyn is currently an Executive Life Coach and Founder and Director of Catapult Change.
Maeve Richard, Career Services and Alumni Affairs Manager at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University.
Sandra Rivera, PhD has served as an ICAP Career Coach and senior mentor, Crucial Conversations trainer, National Hispana Leadership Institute Fellow, Harvard Senior Executive Fellow, and led strategic planning for GTAP (Purdue University); currently serves as Associate Director, Office of Economics (USITC).
Whitney McDowell Robinson, Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services at Tougaloo College.
Richard Roper is an independent public policy consultant and adviser with a long career in administration and strategic planning and who earlier served in career services at Princeton University.
LeaNora Ruffin currently serves as Assistant Dean for Career Development at Widener University's Delaware Law School and is the Founder of Total Radiance Coaching, LLC.
Ashley Stewart, independent Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator and Racial Consciousness Consultant.
