SINCE ICAP WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1997, the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver has been ICAP’s home institution. The Founder and Director of ICAP Dr. Thomas Rowe formerly served as Dean of the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. The University of Denver and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, the faculty and the staff have been invaluable in facilitating the program in Aspen. Moreover, the ICAP commitment to improving the quality and diversity of US international leadership is a central part of the University of Denver’s mission.
