Together, We Can Keep ICAP Thriving: ICAP’s 28th Anniversary Fundraising Campaign

Happy November! As the season of gratitude and giving begins from Thanksgiving to Giving Tuesday the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP Aspen) is officially launching its 28th Anniversary Fundraising Campaign!

Building Bridges, Changing Lives for 28 Years

Since Dr. Thomas Rowe founded ICAP Aspen in 1997, the program has been a transformative force, empowering over 960 global leaders. It continues to change the careers and lives of midcareer professionals in international affairs through deep reflection, leadership development, and a powerful, lasting community.

An Urgent Challenge

This year, as ICAP Aspen celebrates this milestone, the program is facing unprecedented funding challenges.

Due to significant federal funding cuts, many organizations that have historically covered the expenses for their emerging leaders to attend ICAP Aspen no longer have the financial means.

More than ever, your advocacy and philanthropic support are essential. Your gift ensures that these rising stars are supported and can continue to benefit from this life changing experience
